Making the most of grass

Better grassland management offers a cost-effective way of cutting the environmental footprint of animal production from pasture. Grassland management is being considered as a central component of reaching Net Zero by 2030/35/40 and sustainable management has known biodiversity benefits. We explore how optimal utilisation of grasslands can maximise livestock health and production, reduce reliance on bought-in fertiliser and concentrate, and achieve wider environmental outcomes.
